Life Membership: A program for an eligible individual who gives a lifelong commitment to Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) and plans to be active in contributing to the ongoing and new programs of the organization.. Life membership is available to any individual who meets the eligibility requirements and who applies to a chapter for membership.. There are no dues requirements for such membership.. The life member receives all benefits according to the bylaws of the chapter joined and has equal voting rights with the other members..
